I have to leave the office now and find my way to the hotel... hoping there is a parking space  . I won't be able to log on again until tomorrow afternoon, so please can you all keep an eye on Valli and make sure she calls NHS direct this evening? I know Pigpen doesn't approve of doctors, but I think this is a case where speaking to one would be a good idea...

I will, of course, be worrying about her until I can get back on line, but I know you all have fantastic powers of persuasion, so I'm sure you can get her sorted out.

Actually.. I think if you are in that much pain you are crying then you should be seen.. and don't waste time on useless NHS direct they are morons.. ring the doctor or get yourself to A&E.. if it is something like appendicitis you have a ticking clock in there.. now shift..

I could scare you daft by mentioning peritonitis, ruptures and haemorrhages ...

Have just spoken to Valli on the phone - she's feeling much better. Apparently her son had something similar recently so it's not appendicitis! Hurrah! She says normal service will be resumed shortly...

Well good.. or I'd have poked you with sharp sticks...

soappie every time DS2 gets a cold they are massive, poor little tike

I'm beginning to think he might be better with them out than in, however my sister got 'stumpolitis' where she had hers removed! Her throat where they were used to fur up just like it did when her tonsils were and swell quite bad. If DS2s no better tomorrow might pop him over to GPs sugery if they can fit him in, they are usually good, I best get some more pain relief in for him too, last time it took ABs to shift it as they were huge for 3 weeks. I've given him some nurofen and an extra blankie, some olbas junior on his pillow, see how he goes. He seems to have gone to sleep now, have done the fridges so will start the joy of unpacking the car. Got some OJ lollies I found in the freezer, must have made them in the summer, going to have one of those to ease my throat as I go.

SSL forgot to add before, my sister had smashed her oven door (well her partner had) and needed me to find somewhere she can get one from which she has, she was very civilised when I called her which makes a change, she didn't swear or threaten once. Doubt it'll last long, she's difficult at the best of times with the psychosis but the last 12 months she's been hell on 2 legs. Families eh! I should have probably told her to sod off but I have a neice and nephew I adore who also need the oven and she knows I won't see them go without. She hasn't bought for my kids, she made some excuse on the phone about forgetting, but it doesn't bother me, I'd prefer she didn't than left herself like previous years, borrowing off me all the time. Basics of it is I can manage my money and she can't, we've been on lower income than her before and still had to bail her out. Probably why she's struggling, not got family giving her hand outs all the time.

    Goodnight Kaz honey x x
One day I might be more organised...........
