Michelle, I'd love the recipe of you have it (when you have time of course and it's all not so manic)
juliejim you could try www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk see if there is an advice about it on the site or if they do catches, there is one offered on my local freecycle at the mo that someone uses wedged with a broom or something to keep it running
Jayjay depends on the size of your postbox, large A4 envelope about 2.5cm thick
greenbee sorry to hear about your Grandad. Thinking of you and your family x
DavGirl well done on the sale, in such difficult times, we usually do the running around but this year I have arranged just to visit DPs Dad/grandparents on the day, the rest will be before/after.
Valli pleased you are ok, even if a little icky, if it's the same bug that went round here it's gastly and painful! Thankfully noone here had sickness/other more than 48 hours so hope yours passes soon.
soappie :D I looked too, all on time :D more exciting than tracking Santa!

I'm back, I put the frozen stuff away but decided to get something to eat before I flake, I've had nothing since this time yesterday. Didn't get back until about 10pm but managed to do Aldi (so quiet, 8 cars in the car park inc staff!) M&S, Boots, Instore, Next and Sainsburys. I now know why DS2s so whiney at the minute, he did an ahhhhh when we walked past the medicine aisle, no wonder he's feeling sorry for himself, I was really shocked, they have a tiny pea size gap in the middle of his tonsils bless him. We all have colds but didn't see those whoppers! Anyway the boys weren't too bad, the worst in the beginning but calmed as we went round. Gave them some icecream and fresh oranges to try to and a sooth, b boost when we got home, DS2s been crying on the sofa and have just sent him to get his PJs, I'll wait until he's settled before I even start to put the shopping away or he'll have me up and down like a yoyo. I am pleased I went rather than delivery, so many shelves empty so had to change what I wanted, stood on the aisle replanning meal plans :rotfl: . I now have butchers, pet shop and GG to do tomorrow, then I should be done! If necessary there is a Somerfield near the pet shop I can use if really stuck. Should be able to work around that tomorrow, my friend is up from Surrey on evening and the boys are looking forward to seeing her so much, I'll have to let her know DS2s not right just incase she wants to give it a miss.

    Missions tonight, first set

    Move things about in fridge
    Unpack chilled stuff into fridge
    Unpack non chilled
    Unpack gifts (to bedroom)
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

Lil-me well done on the shopping and if your DSs have swollen tonsils they are not going to be feeling well at all. I know I've been there, done that and finally had them surgically removed after 8 months of horrible unwellness.

Hope they settle down for you tonight soon.

And yes, the tracking is more exciting than following Santa (at least it is to me, but then I'm sad like that!)

It's bin day tomorrow so I just need to go round emptying everything in sight that'll fit in the bins then I'm off to bed.

    Night night people, sleep well.

It now appears that I only have tomorrow left to get the house together. DH just informed me we're leaving at 9.00am ish on Wednesday to get DD. She's at Nanny's at the moment. Been trying to get her a birthday cake today. She wants Bratz. Could I get one? Will have to send DH tomorrow.

Scary cupboard is now 'walk inable', for a few days at least. Done a bit of desk de cluttering, cleared all the worktops in the kitchen and tided the living room. Washing is decreasing nicely. So not to bad.

Oh did I say I've done all my wrapping?:A;)
