Dusty - I want the smeg DI612CA- in the shop £381, on line £284 - will be ordering it when I can get through the server nightmare, unless I find it cheaper elsewhere but I haven't yet
  • So far today I have got up, showered and eaten some toast!

I will have to get dressed in a mo as football kicks off at 1:00 so need to leave in about half an hour.

soappie - it's lovely and sunny here too, but colder than it has been over the last few days. Nice though.

Hope you all have a good day - I'll be back after the match as not doing anything else today x

I have made the fatal mistake of looking at the Lakeland sale.

There is a cake stand that matches my lovely toile cups. How can I not?

Because I have nowhere to store it
Because it wouldn't get used more than a few times a year
    Because I am 35 not 70

    Sitting on my hands now.

I believe I really am very sad. I have just spent half an hour going sorting through the present wrappings from yesterday determining which is recyclable and which is not! I must get a life sometime soon!

I have also sorted out a space in the kitchen for my new Kenwood toy :D

Two loads of washing are blowing on the line in the nice but chilly easterly breeze .

DD is stopping for the day. She's just gone to the gym. When she gets back we're going to have a game of scrabble.

Errrmm - last night when I got in with my presents from mum and dad, I took everything out of its packaging and put the rubbish in a bag and the recycling on the sofa ready to go in the box :o

    Off to football now :D

  • Happy Birthday pipgpen :bdaycake: hope you have a great day!

I had a good Xmas day - cooking went really well and I got great pressies - M&S vouchers for new undies, Tesco giftcard coz my brother is very worried about my new frugal ways and a box of yummy smellies. Put the dishwasher on last night so all I have to do today is wipe the kitchen surfaces. Sold more cd's on musicmagpie and made another £50 and cleared several shoeboxes of clutter.

Today is home office re-organisation. I have memories of previous relationships I want to get rid of, magazine cuttings I need to sort through and throw out/stick into my scrapbook, and tons of photos to organise. I found my photoframes that need to be put on the wall so I want to pick some nice pics to go in them.

about £13 delivered. It isn't so much the money - more the will i actually use it, destined to be another bit of clutter.
