If you think it is cooked and you plan to eat it tomorrow then you need to bring it out to get it to room temp and then get it in the fridge within an hour or so. If you leave it in the oven it may over cook, and you still need to cool it and fridge it.

I am with Nigel Slater on thinking the crispy bits are the best bits.

    He's just got to Romania!

I got quite excited when I saw he was in Europe :p Not sure why as he's not going to be bringing anything here!!

I don't have anything left to do either - I'm usually wrapping presents but did all that this afternoon. Got almost 2 hours to kill before I go to church - might look for a new cross-stitch to do.

Oh, and I've moved on from Mingles and am now scoffing blueberries :D

Well the kids are in bed, but W has almost givenme a heart attack already! He started to come out of his bedroom asking if Santa had been yet and that was less than 20 mins after going to bed!!! Carrots and water out for the reindeer (and already eaten ;) ) magic reindeer food sprinkled. Mincepie and milk out for Father Christmas, sacks and letters laid ready. Pics taken, now need to remember Father Christmas' replies to their letters!

No idea when FC will appear as I need to be sure they are both fast asleep.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the flylady Christmas cards :D it was great to get them all, huge thanks to lil_me and her boys for sorting them all.

Hope everyone has a Wonderful and Merry Christmas if I don't manage to get on here again.

Bless my DH. He's spent the last two weeks looking after the children and me, doing the decorations, preparing food for tomorrow from fresh stuffing to fancy desserts, he's sorted the table, cleaned the kitchen, kept on top of the washing and ironing. I couldn't ask for more. We're just gone to sort the stockings and put the presents downstairs (I bought them before op). Urm....he's forgotten to wrap them:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: . Guess what we're doing now!!! xx

I didn't realise there were jobs to do Christmas Day though - is there no such thing as a day off or am I just lazy?? (In my defence, we eat at Mum's and do help tidy up, plus I always make the kids stack (or completely put away) their new stuff.

Just lazy!! lol.. if you look it is stuff that has to be done anyway.. so not a real list!.. if you want to leave to pots mounting up to the ceiling feel free!!
