    Hiya
    I'm back. The garden centre was fab. Then I went to my mum and dad's and had an hour there. Then I went to tesco express. Aren't I a party girl. Out for 3 and a half hours and it feels great! Now to catch up with the thread!!!

    What did pigpen do for her nails? xx

    Greenbee...this one was read at my Grandad's funeral. I think I wore cerise and lilac that day! It was all very colourful :)

    Death is Nothing At All, Henry Scott Holland

    Death is nothing at all
    I have just slipped away into the next room.
    I am I, and you are you.
    Whatever we were to each other,
    That we are still.
    Call me by my old familiar name;
    Speak to me in the way you always used.
    Put no difference into your tone;
    Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.
    Laugh, as we always laughed,
    At the little jokes we enjoyed together.
    Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
    Let my name be forever the household word it always was.
    Let it be spoken without an effort,
    Without the ghost of a shadow on it.
    Life means all that it ever meant;
    It is the same as it ever was;
    There is absolutely unbroken continuity.
    Why should I be out of mind,
    Because I am out of sight?
    I am waiting for you, for an interval,
    Somewhere very near, just around the corner.
    All is well.
    Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

    I can find ebay data on ones that have already been sold (canada, australia & poland) but wondered if there is an art/science to finding out when they come up!

    greenbee - when you put in your search in ebay and get the results page, there is a blue bit there that says 'save this search'. If you click on that, you get the option to be emailed when new items matching that search are listed - hope that makes sense!!

    Escaped from work at noon (kind boss came and chucked us out!) we thought we'd have to stay until about 3pm.
    However migrane is now in full flow but I've struggled to bone out the chook for tomorrow, OH thinks I'm nuts but my argument is that I may feel worse later and then I'll be beating myself up over it. Also got the pigs in blankets and stuffing done. Veges are in the freezer all prepped and ready so just about ready on that front.

    OH has ironed and hoovered whilst I was at work so really the only thing left is to make up the bed in the spare room for DS and put up the new curtain track he's just arriving with outside as I type:j

    Pigpen - thanks for all your help, I'm going to try and keep up more in the New Year, we've been de cluttering and will be carrying on with that - less to clean round.
    A Very Merry Christmas to All
    Happy Birthday to all those Christmas Babies
    ((Hugs))to all who need them
    Off to make the bed and find the ibruprofen:rotfl:

    I think i'm going to have a coffee and a sit down before i throttle one of these kids:rolleyes:, they are so hyper it's unreal. Then i'm going to do the snowman soup, put the ribbon around my cake and wrap my SDS's hampers. Anything else i get done is a bonus, they are the things i have to do.
