    Cheers for that!
  • I've been with them over a year and am pretty happy with them. I had a couple of days outage last month but that was to do with work being carried out on my local exchange, not with Be themselves. Support is quite good, both online and telephone.

I get about 6Mb (down) and 1.5Mb (Up) from my 24Mb package because I'm about 2-3 miles from the exchange.

I left Tiscali (utter rubbish) for Be and am glad I did.
My eyes! The goggles do nothing!
  • I'm with o2 Broadband and I too wish I'd joined them sooner.

I've had no issues (touch-wood) with any aspect of the service.

I also get a discount of my rental as I'm an o2 customer.

Just waiting for the local exchange to be un-bundled!

Be are great. I've been with them since they started (about 2 yrs ago) and never had a problem.

I've just had a look at quidco for Be and seen O2 at the top offering £70 cashback and if you click through to the premium (£14.68 pm) they are doing 3 months free. It is a year long contract.

    £14.68 x 12 months = £176.16
    3 months free = £176.16 - £44.04 = £132.12
    £132.12 - £70 cashback = £62.12

Have I worked that out right? £62.12 for a years broadband?????
