I subscribed to these last night and all went well with the Credit Card company as they confirmed the intial payment of 99pence , however today once my films were confirmed I was told my address don't match my Credit Card and therefore be charged the full rate. They have given me the chance to cancel now they have stopped the delivery of films, one problem though >:( their site informs me I can't cancel as I have films out.
Great Scam I say.Rememember. Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

Just found this site on the MSN Entertainment section.

Video Island are offering a free14 day DVD rental trial when you register. The post trial cost is £2.99/week for 2 DVDs at a time or £3.99/week for 3 DVDs held at a time.
Has anyone used Video Island or has anyone got any codes to use the free trial more advantageously.
heres a code for a 30 day free trial on http://www.videoisland.com

i also found a site that lists all these types of offers and offers ratings and lets you vote on them too heres the address: http://www.dvdtrials.co.uk/0 -
I've just signed up to the moviechoice free trial,
another code b1725
Tried dvds365 free for a month, not bad, got 8 films I think.
Moviechoice gives you 14 days after you cancel the account to return the dvds, damn good I reckon, dvds365 had to be back by the cancellation day. Tip: The last films they sent out, really went out quick, much sooner than before, I was planning to cancel, but I knew I had a few hours the following day. Managed to get them back just in time I think. So, cancel straight away, because they will send out films very quickly when your free trial is running out.0 -
21 days free as standard....... @

and
https://www.dixonsmovies.co.uk
flavours of Screenselect.
Can't see why you can have a free trial of each one..... you''re not to know they are the same and you can always plead insanity!PLAY GOOD!

I tried Tesco and actually paid for a further month before finally cancelling and I found as a previous poster said about someone else that three dvds were posted out after I had cancelled. However I wasn't charged for them and got them back as quick as I could.
Signed up for the Moviechoice free trial but I can't say I am impressed with the site and trying to find dvds to rent are a bit of a "trial".0 -
I agree with you with regards to moviechoice the site is poor compared to Lovefilm and screenselect its very time consuming looking for the movie.Rememember. Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

fellow movie viewers, is anyone else finding screen select very slow, or just me? Had over 2 titles in past 2 days in 'waiting for allocation' mode. I get the feeling that screenselect have problems internally, or just cutting back on their bills, by hold back dispatching new titles when actually another one is due. Dont mind it the odd time, but its happened loads to me now. anyone else share this problem?0
