    Thanks Rags!

Looking forward to him starting on purees, he is actually really good taking a spoon in his mouth anddoesnt spit out so hopefully he will get on well with it. He definately needs more than milk now as he barely goes 3 hours even with Hungry baby milk and has started to wake in the night again.

The first ones I grew just n a little tray on windowsill with cling film over the top.
I have now bought a mini greenhouse from Wilkos, think it was £12.

    Hello!!

I think there is a little light at the end of the tunnel!!

I lay in bed late last night, ossing and turning and worrying. I was upset that I would need to go back to work before I felt ready to leave Pip. I thought to myself "I wish there was something that would help us out of this mess"

I woke up to a text from my bestfriend saying her other friend is interested in renting the flat!!:T:T A similar flat is up for rent with a letting agent and I rang to find out how much for and I could get around £540 a month for it!! Thats enough to pay the mortgage and council tax.

I also remembered a savings policy I took out 8 years ago, the cash in value of it is £2104.42 :j

So I should be able to pay off 2-3 of the littler debts, and stay off work for a little longer :T:j:T:j
Also thinking of using some to do a huge costco shop and stock up on dry goods, toiletries and other bits like that.

I am off now to plan the wisest way to use it and to also try to do my SOA.

    Hugs all x x x

Visited flat for first time since dodgy lodger moved out
I was happy as he has left it quite nicely, only minimum work and a good clean needs doing before we can relet it.
He has left quite a few cleaning bits and also some storecupboard items which we will be able to use which was also a nice surprise, not as nice as the money he owes would be but hey ho!!
I am Ebaying a whole bunch of stuff, listed 15 already and now completely sick of it but MUST carry on!!!

  • Well done on the ebaying and great news about the cleaning stash and the store cupboard stuff - mind on to water your cleaning stuff down a bit and it will last even longer :)

Been clearing the garden out a bit today - moving self seeded flowers from the veggie patch to the bare bits in the flower beds - now all the bulbs are up I can see what I am doing! (Should be working mind....ahem)

Went into work for 2 hours and DD and I just walked the pup through one of my trials sites to see how they were doing.

Well done on facing the fear of the unknown flat!

When does your chum move in? I am still smarting from the lodger who didn't move in - but however onwards and upwards - go ta few chums coming over the summer so the room will be mega handy for that - and then I can harrass the college again in the winter.......the lack of cash is a blow though!

Fay Yes I am desperately missing the money too. Dont want to sell the flat though as its just not the right time. Friends friend is coming to look next week, hope she likes it, but she cant move in until August  Need to paint a wall, clean carpet and general good clean before I could rent it out again anyway so hopefully the 2 may tie in together.

Just finished listing on Ebay, 40 items in total!! I am sick, sick, sick of Ebay!!!
Over £45 though if they all sell for their minimums, which I doubt but you never know.

Yep I was sick to death of Ebay!! It took over 3 hours to list them all.
Got a nice surprise when I logged on today as 1 little ornament is going for £20!!!:j It just shows what can happen if more than 1 person really wants something.

Ive done my daily scratches and just looked at Onepoll, amount building up nicely. YouGov havent sent me a survey for ages, bet thats why they put cashout limit as £50 as they know hardly anyone will reach that level. I WILL get my money from them even if I am 80!!!:rotfl:
Waiting for £50 CB to clear from Topcashback.

How is this for cheeky, I wanted some balloons for Pips Naming Ceremony. If I order a display containing 3 balloons it costs £8.95:eek: If I order 3 balloons seperately and tie them together myself it will cost £3 :T. Cant believe they rip people off like this?
