Bless him. Pip is the same, red eyes, sleeping loads and generally out of sorts. Double checked with health visitor and there is nothing I can give him except cuddles. He has slept in bed with us for the last 3 days as I can prop him up so he doesnt choke. Feel very sorry for him.

Just unpacked my Approved foods order, there was loads of it!! Ive got tins of soup everywhere!!

Thanks Bargain hunter, just looked at the site and it looks cool. Will definately check them out properly when I get a bit of space in my cupboards (at this rate it should be around 2010!!)

Pip is still snuffly and is now in the REALLY grumpy stage of the cold.

Yes well Thank you chaps for enlightening me!!
How stupid of me to overlook the seriousness of man flu and put it down meerly to a common cold!!

Well tomorrow we have to pay out the £500 to get OHs car back.
Rang his mortgage company and explained the situation and thankfully they have let us not pay it this month and then pay it over the following 2 months instead.
He received 2 letters threatening court action if he did not pay up and also a MBNA CC statement saying he missed a payment so now minimum this month is £250!!!
I have been so busy trying to sort my finances out I had left him to his own devices, Feel really peeved that as hard as I am working to clear mine off he is getting himself further into it:mad:

We sat down tonight, with a bottle of wine, and did some sums. Worked out what we each had left once ALL our repayments and Direct Debts have gone out and then set a budget for food, gas, elec, baby stuff and "other".
He has been sent with a flea in his ear and a threat that if he doesnt contact the companys tomorrow there will be trouble of the "hormonal and tired" variety!!!:rotfl:

On a plus Sky sent us £50 M+S vouchers in error:T as we had a free sky+ box instead. Not going to tell them and can deny all knowledge of them if they query it as postman signed for the recorded delivery envelope they came in himself as Pip was crying. Vouchers? What vouchers? :rotfl:

Wow!! Just been using EagerLearners planner and it is awesome!!!
It plots all your spending, savings and debt busting and puts it into pretty graphs and tables, amazing!!
It works out roughly how long until you are debt free and also counts down the debt. I LOVE IT!!!http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=238575

Typical about your oh - mine would be a nightmare if he had to sort his own debts and money etc!! we would be in even more mess!! :)
