    Hi all

Never rains but it pours rain.gif

Work told me today that they have enough work for me for the next month but they are not sure what to do with me after that. They will look to relocate me to another area and basically say to me I either have to do that new role or leave. Sucks, so not very happy. Friends are saying don't panic as they are sure that there is plenty of work and they doubt they will move me but how can I not worry???

Nursery rang and said they will not accept Pip tomorrow if they havent had Januarys fees upfront by tomorrow as there was a delay with last months. Ummmmmmmmmmmm how can I go to work if I have no one to look after him?

OH just did our SOA and even being tight, tight, tight we still have about £40 more going out than we have coming in. His petrol money to get to work is literally crippling us, its almost £300 a month, just to get to flipping work!

Cars tax is due end of month, MOT due early feb and the flipping thing doesnt even start! Towing it to the garage on Saturday for them to look but I if it is going to cost more than £200 to repair its just not worth it. Its an X reg and I am fairly sure it will fail its MOT anyway.

Oh well i am taking my little rain cloud of gloom away now, hope to be in a better mood soon x x

Oh sweetheart, i just wish I'd got a magic wand, or as Miss Hoodie would say let her loose and she'll kung fu them! if only life was so simple.

Cross the work situ - do you know what the other work is, is it going to a different area - I know you had the ear problem was that because of work, ??
maybe worth having a peep at Acas website - incase there is anything relevant.

Pips nursery fees, can you get them sorted for 2mor at short notice, surely they may have a bit of a leeway - he's only 2, thinking he was what I call the tradational nursery age - preschool you might of been able to say bye.... but you need them, so guess its gritted teeth.

Can you manage without the 2nd car - if its going to be expensive to fix, have you gor a friend who can help with the mainatance / repair to help bridge the gaps.

£300 in petrol - is there any chance that OH can claim anything from work towards it?
Is there any chance that he can car-share with anyone - save a few pound

Ok £40 short - that be manageable - were 11 days - well over 2/3rd of the month, you've got your meal plan, if there anything that can be sliced from the grocery, thats usually the easiest to think off, (less painful).

Can you get anything on ebay - quickest way of covering a few quid, - any surveys etc - wouldn't pay out in time.
    xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

    Hi Y`All!!

Mum2one that is a superb list Thank You so much. OH cant car share as he is only one who comes from our town, everyone else lives much nearer to the site. Work is kind of due to my ear, my basic contracted role is call handling which i currently cannot do due to my ear. Whilst there is training work they are happy for me to do that but when there is none they want me to move. For the moment there does appear to be a fair bit for me to do and I am guessing they would have to give me a months written notice of moving me anyway???

Ive got some books to go onto Amazon and some Ebay bits so that will be my task for the weekend.

Car goes to garage tomorrow to see whats up with it. He is going to look it over for £20 and let us know why it wont start, if it will pass MOT, how much it will cost and if it is worth it. I am really not sure what I want for the best, it would be useful to have her back and going as my Mum has to take me to work everyday at the moment. But it would be more expense in the way of the car tax and petrol.

I got my bonus so have paid my Mum back the £200 she leant us to cover the Nursery fees. Worked out what happened with the fees, OH got paid a week early for Christmas and the dimwit didnt figure that the fees wouldnt also go out a week earlier so the twit spent it!!!!!!:mad:

Booked our 2 hols, got a Sun one to Parkdean St Minver in Cornwall and also booked a Parkdean cottage in Ruda. Had to pay normal price for Ruda but got 20% off as I booked with them before. Need to start saving for spends and the rest of payment for cottage as only paid deposit today.

Did a Mr Ms shop, had £24 of nappys as they were on offer and weeks shop came to £37 so was overall pleased.:T

Paid all my payments, just over minimums but will see what happens about car, if I dont need to pay for repairs and tax disc should be able to make some extra payments.

Whats new with all of you? x x

Payday so here is my Monthly update.

I have just made £333 worth of payments. Made just over the Minimum payments on each.

    So I now owe:
    MBNA - £4467
    Mothercare - £663
    Next - £547
    Tesco - £2371
    EGG - £4042

    = £12,090 noway.gif

So some positives are that next month I should go under £12,000 overall AGAIN!! Also under £4000 on my Egg.

Some downers are that my Next one will probably rise next month as some of the sale bits I got will show. Ive actually sent a tonne of stuff I ordered back but there was quite a few bits for Pip and a few Birthday presents.
Another HUGE downer is that last month I went under £12,000 yet find myself now back over it again thanks to interest boooooooooooooo!

If we decide to scrap the car tomorrow then I would like to get it under £12,000 this month.
