From a Slimming World point of view, you can still use the bacon, so long as you just cut off all visible fat. That would still be free on Red Days / Extra Easy.

(Although just thought, maye you are looking at it from a vegetarian point of view, in which case, probably best to lose the bacon after all!!) :D

DD1 is veggie so I either eat veggie with her or meat with others but they are fussier, so diet will mostly be veggie! Can't cope with cooking 3 different main meals a day lol
Hoping to stick to the challenge this year!!

Stressed Jamie uses Haricot (baked beans to us normal folk!) and butter beans. There is definately kidney beans in the mixed beans I use so you are better off buying them seperately. Not sure how quorn sausages would be grilling? I dont use quorn very often. Are you veggie?

DD1 is veggie - see reply to monkey lol

Quorn is ok for grilling, but will prob chuck them in with veg - will have to get separate tins of veg cos kidney beans make her mouth swell up:( which keeps her quiet but is a bit scary :rotfl:

Monkey - We are trying to get her to eat meat and she might be veggie, how mean are we!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Mummy - Ha ha ha I can be your food tester, can I have an official uniform please? LOL!

Christmas tree about to come down, Pip packed off to nursery so I can get on and get a lot done. IF I get off of here that is!!!

I'm so excited and I just can't hide it! My sun holiday priority booking code came today so I can find the words on here and book us a lovely holiday. We did 2 last year, 1 Pip was a nightmare but the place was nice and the 2nd Pip was an angel and the place was a heavenly little lodge. Very excited!

We went to Parkdean Warmwell in October and it was so lovely I am aiming to just go with Parkdean again this year. My Mum books one for us and we book one so I am looking at Parkdean Ruda and Parkdean St Minver. We stayed in a Pontins chalet one year and it was awful so has put me off for ever more! Been with Haven quite a few times and have always been happy too, but Parkdean were just head and shoulders above.
