Just a thought on the new glasses front, go via Quidco, theres a company called Glasses Direct, they start at £25, what you can do is trial 4 frames at home for £5 (there is a free offer on that at mo, should work via quidco), then if you order a pair and had to pay the £5 (if you did trial), you'd get that knocked off the pair your buying.

    www.glassesdirect.co.uk

They've got 20% until the 19th, if you have single vision lenses there included in the price of the frames.

I had a pair of Daquari - brilliant, I usually leave last yrs glasses in the glovebox of my car, incase anything happens, but last yrs were broke, wasn't paying opticians prices. There brilliant. x

I always fanicied the laser surgery, remember yrs ago, was going to have it done, had some compensation from an accident, but I ended up blowing it on 2weeks in Mexico.

It looks like I'll be going back to them for another pair, nothing wrong with the spare pair, but my darling Bailey, (the pup) has now got this thing about taking my glasses off for me, hes chipped the lense. By the time I get a new lenses, just as cheap, to use the original pair and replace them.

I fancied so many pairs there, I'm lethal xx

Digressing completely but thats me -
    found another brilliant website
www.95pence.com - everythings 95p, postage £1.95 or free if u order over 16 items, the only thing I'd say is avoid the scarves, they look bit tacky, that sounds so tight.
The other thing is the colours may vary, doing dd a little cookery hamper, so got her the mini scales, their fab, another friend we spend £3 as an extra getting funny things, so got her the mini scales, corkscrew + the pig that poos....... which dd thinks is brilliant.

    great selection of items xxx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx

    Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr to manky, skanky, selfish OH :mad:

He owes £6000 OD to Halifax & £2500 CC to MBNA. Halifax will accept nothing less than £500 a month in repayments which obviously we cant afford, they wont budge so he just hasnt been paying them anything!! I didnt know this until today when e had a phone interview with CCCS and they suggested BANKRUPTCY was the best way forward for him!

I mean oh my God, Bankruptcy and I didnt even know!

So when I find this out I am straight on here trying to find alternatives and advice and I find IVAs so I google it and come across Payplan (dont know why I didnt think of them first as they helped me with my DMP) it asks a few questions so they can arrange someone to call you and about 3 questions in he yells that he cant be bothered! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR:mad:

If he has to declare himself bankrupt then we are screwed, I looked into mortgages after bankruptcy on here and peeps are saying if and its a big IF you can get a company to take you on they want 40 to 50% deposit
SO we wouldnt be able to move so we could be in a catchment area for a better school for Pip so already he has screwed Pip over.

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo annoyed (maybe you could tell!!)

I feel I am doing everything I can to sort my money and debts out but whats the point if he is not going to do anything about his?

I feel completely s**t about my candle splurge the other day but then think s*d it!
