    A little.

Before I start, What is the situation with your employer/agency? Someone raised it before. Is it in your contract that you are responsible for penalties incurred?

The relevance being that technically they are responsible for payment of any penalty. In many cases, employers will pass the cost on to employees and this is written into any agreement you made with them.

Also, if they have asked you to deal with it are they going to be prepared to allow you to take it as far as necessary?

Islington are by far not the worst for intransigence but they will be in no hurry to concede their Documents are invalid. It may need to be pushed to Adjudication.

I can give you the info but I need to know what the agency will let you do or it seems pointless.

Hi Neil, I work free-lance for a few different companies. There was a clause in the contract with this agency that I'd be legally responsible for any tickets. Don't know where I'd stand legally as the council stipulates the fine is the responsibility of the company not the driver

Ok, thanks, that's clarified now. They could quite easily pay it and then deduct from you. It seems they are happy to give you the opportunity to deal with it (some don't).

    I'll post info asap.

Really? What if the PCN doesn't conform? ;)

Have you seen the pictures? He was driving on a restricted bit of road! He shouldn't be on the road if something so simple eludes him

If he drove down the pavement would that be okay?!

Ill give you a bit of money saving advice:

Get off the road - you are not fit to be driving. You are unsafe and you should be getting penalised for careless driving - you are a danger to yourself and other road users.

MSE style you'll be saving insurance premiums which will no doubt rocket yearly for a muppet like you, the misery of someone being injured or worse will not happen and you'll save on petrol.

    :D
