They are giving away free ring binders, lever arch files, paper separators and plastic wallets after a move to a different office or something. There were hundreds of them last friday, so probably plenty left, what with term drawing to an end.
Aimed at the students, but I highly doubt they'd ask you to prove your ID.

i found these in trafford centre in a red 'sale' bin, they might be in some otehr stores too, tehy were supoosed to originally be £1.49.

I saw the 'Simpsons chess set in a tin' for half price in WH Smiths Chelmsford today, at £14.99.Each piece has a little Simpsons figure- its really cute.There were plenty there.

and you will see from the amazon link that it is selling at 32.99 plus postage new there, or £20 second hand.

Also there were half price 'Desparate Housewives' games and a 'Hello' game too, but I didn't get a good look at them, and really I don't think they have the enduring appeal of the Simpsons.
In fact having posted this link I think I'll go back and get one for Christmas.
I checked online at Smiths and couldn't find them btw although all the Simpsons stuff seems to be filed under stationery which is not so helpful.

Some good bargains in books today in Smiths Chelmsford.
I got 3 new Dr Who adventures, hardback in a slipcase for £3.99, reduced from £20.99, but also buy one get one half price, so 2 sets for £6. They feature Rose and the doctor but are new adventures- 'Only Human', 'Stealers of dreams' and 'The deviant strain'. This set is exclusive to Smiths apparently and I can't find it online.

from £12.99 to £4.99- wish I'd realised about the BOGOHP and I'd have got more.There were SATS science and english gcse too, and double packs of school shakepeare 'Macbeth' and 'Much ado' for £2.99.
There were Jacqueline Wilson triple packs for £4.99, with 'Secrets', 'Midnight' and a 'Dream Diary', in a slipcase hb I think.
Also horrid henry mixed with other 'boys books' in packs at a similar price, and 6 'Spiderwick chronicles 'hardbacks for £4.99 I think.

There was also a really good price on a computer keyboard yesterday but they had all gone today , but worth checking out as I think it was 75% off and I'm not sure how good this is- Maxell cd-r 80 xl 10 pack for £2.99 reduced fro £10.99.Also centurion safes half price.
Wish I had taken a pencil and paper, but that is the best I can do!

Forgot! They also have a really good offer on the big hardback Collins Dictionary and thesaurus, rrp £25, but £5 if you buy anything in store. Not sure if bogohp offer works on that but maybe.
