Asda tomorrow (thurs) rummour INSTORE

FORGOT TO SAY...got my bargains the other day I was the first in the line when store opened!!! So got £20worth of things £1-£2 each! yey! cheers op!

But had to fight my way through the asda staff that had the day off haha!
They didnt get first pick at my store which I thought was unfair as it should be a privilege of working for them!

I'm going again on monday or should i go tomorrow? eeeek!

on WED's when we found out about the asda sale we all noticed that the night before they had allready adjusted the prices on Asda direct ( so we all knew what was going to be reduced) now i may be wrong but have just been on the Asda direct website and ALL of the beauty type gifts have been removed from the site?? MAYBE (?) this is because they are going to be reduced tomorrow and they dont want such a rush on??... or maybe my computer is playing up.... OR maybe they have just sold out ( although that would normaly just say out of stock....?)
what do we think?

Well I don't know if it really means anything u'm afraid to say. I went for a very late night shop tonight and there was loads of stock being put away all over the shop but no-one was anywhere near any of the Health and Beauty stuff and there was no new signage etc. being added to the shelving.



In Scotland our shops are open 24/7 and you would think that they would have started to alter at least a little bit of it by midnight if it is due to start at 5am.

This is obviously just my opinion but it wasn't really looking to good for tomorrow but who knows what Monday morning will bring.

I'm going to pop into my local at 10 and see whats what, I shouldn't be too long so will let you know whether it's worth going there today.

I doubt it is on today but don't want to take a chance and miss out!

Have just returned from my local and most are still selling at full price. However, the wine rack with four bottles and the becks beer bucket have both been reduced by 25%. So has the football beer and remote control holder.

Nothing at my Asda either....Getting fed up of chasing round and wasting petrol so went in Home Bargains and picked up mens gift sets from there...Got huge selection boxes 1.99 each instead of £4......Looks like it will start at 12 tonight in Asda....:rolleyes:
