But it isn't - Asda own-label stuff is mostly rubbish/awful IMO.
It really is my shop of last resort.
But ofcourse it would be the closest supermarket to the wife's workplace, so I end up having to choke down their muck anyway.

I will take your word for it, as I don't really buy "own brand" unless Sainsbury, Waitrose or M&S.0 -
They have a couple of things for a pound left on the asda direct website (gift section) everything else is showing as out of stock!;)0
