Enjoy the gig dlb - I achieved an ambition a couple of years back from when I was 13 - I saw Paul Young in concert!!! :rotfl:

Saw Aha last year too :o

But that still doesn't compare to the time my sister was given promotional tickets to see...... PJ and Duncan (aka Ant and Dec) and we sat and laughed the whole way through!!! :rotfl:

  • Morning!

I have had a sudden panic - the type that keeps you awake at night :(
I put on my DMP the amount I borrowed from a loan. I am in the process of getting statements together to send to CCCS to start the plan but now I'm worried the statement will show a huge amount more because of interest?

Does that make sense? We borrowed £9000 (recently so have made no dent in the balance) so I entered the balance at £9000..... but that doesn't account for any interest - if it turns out to be higher we won't be able to do the DMP I don't think.

Too scared to phone for a statement - can anyone put me out of my misery first?!

And speaking of statements to send to the CCCS - is it a statement I need to ask the loan companies for, or a balance or what?

Feeling very dense this morning - I will blame the lack of sleep!

It will just be added onto the amount , and you will still be able to do the dmp. It just may mean you have the dmp for longer. CCCS are going to expect that ballances are not to the penny or pound.
Iv never had a statment from my loan only a ballance.

I rang to request a balance and they give you 2 figures: the balance and the "settlement balance" (the one if you paid it all off now :rotfl:). Ignore that one and just concentrate on the balance. They do usually forward you a letter to confirm the balance after you have requested it.

No i got it over phone, but you can ask them to put it in writing for you.
Or otherwise cccs will be able to phone once they have your account numbers ect and get ballance from them direct.

  • Morning all

Hope you enjoy the concert dlp :T - we had tickets to go see backstreet boys a couple of years ago - but that very day I got rushed into hospital so couldnt go - ended up in hopsital for 3 weeks - I was gutted that I missed the concert.

Received my welcome pack from CCCS this morning - they seem so professional and I like the way that they address you by first names rather than Mr & Mrs x .

Does anyone know when will I receive the log in info from them so that I can access my DMP online - it wasnt in the welcome pack - do you receive the info after you have made your first payment?
DMP starting 1/3/09 - thanks to CCCS & MSE

Hi thanks MSC for your reply - I have actually managed to get into my DMP - I just went online and entered my reference number and requested new password - I put in my email address that I used when setting up the DMP and it worked. I received an email very quickly with new password. So when I logged in it asked me to change password to something more memorable which I did and I now have access to my DMP - its really interesting too and there is loads of info when you log in.

Hope this helps someone starting out on a DMP with CCCS.
