I think the key here is to order only if you're prepared to wait 2 or 3 weeks for delivery. The books were fabulous at great prices, but I wouldn't rely on their shipping estimates.

I ordered a whole load of books when this thread was initially posted and they arrived within 3 days!

Beautiful children's books & fantastic value. Really couldn't fault them. Must be remembered that all companies will have a certain % of orders that don't run as smoothly as they could, it is normally these which are then posted about! I would imagine most of those who have had successful orders wouldn't bother posting on this thread once they've received their order, it is only those who have had problems who have come back to this thread to see if others have had problems and so on so on.

I finally received my books today and they are lovely. I would hesitate to use this company again though because they simply did not tell he truth when I chased up my order. A successful company is all about good customer service and I think they need to work on this. I would much rather know the true situation than be fobbed off with excuses. Thank you to Tracy for finally getting things moving!

My books were delivered yesterday. Yes, they were a bit slow arriving but I put that down to the possibility that the atrocious weather conditions had delayed things. I checked the website several times and the morning after the order was dispatched I was able to track the delivery and the parcel was left exactly where I had specified. Sometimes inexpensive books can be a bit of a disappointment but these were brilliant books...........so cheap...............I would happily order from them again.

i ordered some books a couple of weeks back - had no problems - a little slow but otherwise fine.

Great prices for books - want to order some more but trying to hold myself back.... i buy so many books!

The website is down though - just me or anyone else? Tried linking through email, direct and through google. All dead

I'm just holding out hope that they were dispatched I think and that they haven't gone under. It shouldn't be that hard to pick orders or at least state correctly whether a parcel has been despatched,
