I know that lots of people have had problems, but I just wanted to say that I've ordered from them- spent £25 and didn't have any problems. Delivery was a little slow, but apart from that I was very happy.

I also got an email saying my order had beenn shipped and that was 4 days ago!! :mad:

I ordered and forgot to enter the free postage code. I phoned them within an hour and they allowed it. It took a couple of weeks or so to get my books, but it was worth waiting.

Order placed 24th Jan - still waiting. Sent an e-mail on Friday - still waiting for a response - sent another today.... Order showing as shipped today - but HDN doesn't recognise my conignment number - so not too promising!

Have another look later tomorrow and will probably track. They do however seem to take a while to deliver

Same here - I emailed them a few weeks ago to ask why but they haven't replied. The website doesn't say why they cancelled my order, and the book I wanted is still in stock :rolleyes:

my books were delivered this morning, as they only left fri and they don't do saturday deliveries, I did receive next day with hdnl which the woman i spoke to insisted they did not do. I will order again but will wait for a while to let their teething problems get sorted.
