morning all - morning to luc 'speshally... hope you're alright today?

tea or the odd instant latte type person, but trying to drink more water than anything these days... my skin is much improved so happy about that... i used to (i mean up until a week or so ago) drink 8 cans of fizzy diet juice every day... have cut that down to 1-2 maximum... some days none...

i'm not sure whether the diet juice was affecting this lack of weight loss so thought i'd cut it down and see if it helps... haven't been on scales for a couple of weeks so will be interesting to see if it does...

Runclub tonight again... running leader assures me it will be an easy run tonight after toughie on monday....

wonder how bunny family are getting on at CP? will text her and ask, she can make us jealous!

Luc did you go to the GP? Or are you going today?

Maz I used to drink a LOT of diet coke, then about 4 years ago I stopped, and without changing anything else I lost a stone :eek: now I only have it occasionally and never more than a can, usually I can't even finish one. I drink a lot of water but - could do better.

Might nip out for a coffee actually, feeling blue today, could do with a boost. Realising that OH and I might want different things

Awww boo Jinks. I had a kidney infection last year. Was just horrendous so you have my sympathy. Get well soon!

Morning

Night from hell in the X household. DD is seriously poorly and had me up and down the stairs about 10 times before I went to bed. Then up every hour at which point I kicked DH out of bed into hers and she came in with me. Ive never seen a child with a fever/temp like it she soaked the bed, sheets, duvet 3 pairs of pj's and her hair was like she had been in the bath and washed it, it was that wet...gross. So im knackered today although feeling quite positive today even if I won't get to do the things I need to.

Sorry went off on one there!

Someone has just sent me a lovely picture of santa in summer and I want to post it but have no idea how to do it from an email - can I email it to someone to do for me, I think it will cheer us all up!

NOt feeling any better TBH... Docs at 11.40. Kind of hoping I'll get a note for the rest of the week so I can just hide under my duvet...
