I know exactly how you feel, Rosepink. I always used to feel as though my brain was too full to take any more too and sometimes still feel like this when I have a stressful time.

Sorry to hear that things aren't brilliant. Im sure things will get better and I hope they do for you soon. Sometimes life heaps too much onto you and you do have to remind yourself that there are people worse off than yourself but it doesn't stop you feeling stressed about your own situation.

    Hugs for you ((()))

Thanks Shaz, saw your name too! :D We've managed to get over 300 so far. And the NHS have changed their wording on the website, so that's a step forward. We just need then to change the ads now.

How's things? How was your week with the boys back at school?

No news from Tiff... it must be a terrible terrible time for her.

hi alba, good news that the nhs havealready changed the wording on the website, lets hope the change in ads happens real soon.
was great having the boys back at school, and was even better as ian also happened to have two midweek days off, so we spent a lot of time together, just shopping, walking round town, eating out, which was really nice.
we have decided to go on holiday together with the boys too, and have even talked about living together at some point in the future.

thiking of you tiff as always

    big hugs

  • I used to like reading and posting in this thread but as of late every other other post seems to be about hypnosis. It's getting rather tiresome and to some extent it feels like I'm being brainwashed into believing hypnosis is the key to curing depression. The thread is being spammed with hypnosis posts and losing the original reason as to why this thread was ever made (listen/offer support).

    :(:(:(

hypnosis has only been mentioned breifly from what i have seen and it is a way that people use to cope.
I have gone through things other than tiredness, my arms still have the scars from the SI-ing, the tearful-nes, the sadness for no reason etc etc which seemed to have been getting a bit better of late. Was diagnosed by a family shrink a few years ago and I still speak to them (on the phone though since i moved) but it isn't in any kind o records because it was all done through family etc. Only spole to them after my mum (who has er masters in psychology and was a shrink at the time) forced me into it after seeing how much i was struggling.
anyway, am starting to ramble on a bit so will shut up and try and get some tidying done and work myself up to having a shower lol
