reading the comments @ dslzone things seem to be looking up. rated 18/29 suggests the dizzying heights of mediocrity have been reached (far better than the rating a year ago!)

DatabaseError, we are doing our best to make a HUGE improvement in both the service we provide and the level of customer service our users recieve - this is being helped greatly by the Members Forum and the feedback we get online. Regarding the avatar - thats Stephens lol - I'll probably change it when I get a minute!! I'm new around these parts but I'm sure I'll get with the programme soon enough!
Seriously though - anyone that does believe they have been mis sold or slammed, these complaints are taken very seiously and will be fully investigated. We can investigate this for you if you register on the TalkTalk Members forums but not via external sites such as this for data protection reasons.
