Well not sure why they did, the only thing I did different in three emails was to put the word ‘URGENT’ in the title header of the third and send it as high importance. Did the trick
Yes I got a reply yeaterday too. I didn't use Urgent and mine was sent as normal priority so I reckon that somebody at the Link bust be an MSE'er !
Come to think of it, all companies should be looking at MSE to find out what their customers think of them!To infinity and beyond!0
