i would like to say how marvellous basic washing up liquid is
apart from washing the dishes a bucket of soapy water tackles many jobs such as washing windows washing cars etc
however in an emergency i have used washing up liquid as shampoo, bubble bath (it cleans the bath at the same time lol) and even in my washing machine , my washing machine is 10 yrs old and it hasnt required the plumber yet
on the odd occasion the machine breaks down 9/10 cleaning out the filter on the back fixes it, ive never been electrocuted or mangled yet , make sure machine is unplugged take off back locate filter clean out and replace thats it
always check pockets first , always run a cycle now and again on empty with bleach or draino from poundland to keep the down pipe clear thats it
washing liquid also gets stains of everything if left neat on the stain for a few hours
im really frugal though i seriously take the fluff from the tumble dryer lint catcher and put it in our bird boxes for nesting its only freshly washed fibre from our clothing as it dries0 -

Just in case you weren't being sarcastic (it's difficult to tell in a text medium), the claim that re-using plastic water bottles is dangerous because carcinogens leak out into the water is false. Not only does it seem common sense to me that such dangerous packaging would be banned, but the urban myth site I rely on for fact checking agrees:

It's sensible to be aware of bacterial contamination and keep the bottle clean though.0
