The Hut stamp on it's way hopefully so that should be another card started when they stamp! (used instead of HMV for one of the things so as to not duplicate stamps)

Justamum the bits I caught included Peter Kay (doing his woman one, wonder if that's what he'd always wanted to do) Graham Norton and his 'dancers' etc, Drag Queen singer, just, not what I expected really. Missed the Shadows, I don't really like Cliff but I do like The Shadows!
soappie, thank you x, that scientist should go to where we used to live, certain children were always crawling with them, so much so their hair was always moving.
juliejim hope the evening out goes well and the cold gives you a break for a little while
ashia pleased you managed to get better sleep
    CraftyScholar Happy Birthday!

Bins collection notice arrived, next Monday's is now on the Saturday before, mustn't forget, someone remind me on Friday night please!

I need to find tickets for DS2s school performance tomorrow, I can't remember where they are, M&S order arrived, I think that may be the last delivery I am waiting for for 'other people'....I need to keep myself busy so I don't cry!

Write a list of neighbours names off cards (they must have done that last year as they have put our names on the cards! I'm less organised :o)
Write neighbours cards out, think I will get DS2 to post those
Goto hardware shop for chisels and wood glue
Collect DS1s birthday present from argos (10 days after xmas so if I don't get it now I won't get one, one left out of all the shops up here!)
Help DP relocate hinges (hoping he'll do it today anyway)
    Clean rug
    Vacuum through downstairs
    Walk dogs
Go through one kitchen cupboard at least
    Check through fridges
Rejig freezers so I can organise how much space I have/what I need etc
Put 5/6 loads of laundry away that are waiting
Move our wardrobe around, see what can be flung as wardrobes not looking too healthy
One day I might be more organised...........

    Off we go.......
  • Good morning all xx
Thanks for all the hugs and kind words yesterday!!

I am going into the hospital this evening to see DH and my Gran!!!

Went to the school today to apply for a classroom assistant to help DD with writing and getting about ect....the principle was brill he rang the education board there and then and the wheels have started turning:)...DS2 is usually called out of class to lift her down the steps and sit with her if she cannot manage to run around the playground....but he is leaving school in june so I want things in place now to help her come sept!! (DS3 is Autistic and has severe asthma so he is unable to help her at school) Sometimes I feel that I ask too much from people re the kids but the principle sat me down and said I have seen Natalya for years struggling to do what other children are capable of, even down to her writing, she is an intelligent girl with medical problems that keep her back you get whatever you think she is entitled to as the people who dont know her dont understand how hard it is for her to manage her day to day tasks!!

So yknow what.....I am going to start shouting from the rooftops if she doesnt get a classroom assistant.

  • There is a thread on the asda reductions on either the 'grabbit' board or 'shopbutdontdrop' toochoosey. I think the stock will go quite fast.
