  • After your recent kitchen mishap pigpen, maybe you should rename Peaches Sooty

I'm trying to find the motivation to revise some Spanish - maybe I'll tidy the office and kitchen first to ease myself in..............
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

 LG (& JulieJim who is probably busy ironing as I type!)

Toots - well done with the exam and sorry for confusing you, eventually got an e-mail yesterday morning (4.30am) from OH to say he'd be back Thurs pm, so will be busy on every HHC going later, after I've had a bit of sleep. Think I'll miss my trip to John Lewis (near airport) and let him get the train - will give me an extra couple of hours.

Boddy - hope it all gets sorted with your DGS

Who was after golden syrup? Was it Pink? Anyway 907g (2lb) tin of Lyles was £1.19 in Aldi today, knew I'd seen it cheap somewhere.

Mumof4 - good news about the course and what a star your DD sounds

Sorry all those I have missed, should have made notes
Don't put it down, put it away - thanks Valli

Thank you to all who post competitions & help the smooth running of the comps board
  • I must confess - I succumbed - the choccie biscuits won  - still I had done a HHC first (she said, wiping the guilty crumbs from her mush :D)

Hippy - are you often up at this time? Thought it was only Julie that was such an early bird
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

Christmas lunch went really well - how was yours juliejim?

Mine was fine as well - all the kids were wearing the Christmas hats they'd made. Only the staff had crackers though so kids kept coming to us to ask if they could pull the Christmas crackers with us!
