Thanks Pink Fairy, it’s exactly what I needed. I may have to call in sick again tomorrow though as on top of the pain I have a very squeaky voice and the drops say that I am not to wear contact lenses during treatment. I have severe astigmatism so I can’t see much without them. I hate being off more than 2 days in a row as I never know what work to set my classes without feedback. I’ll probably call my HOD at home let her know what I want them to do and have her check if it’s appropriate.
Thanks toottifrooti my eyes aren't as red as they were this morning so it seems to be getting better. Hope you pass your exam.
Got to feed DD now will catchup probably after I have put them to bed.The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.0 -
Wooohoooo watch out it's on it's way, will even send the hangers with it all!Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0

I agree OJK I should just not bother but somehow even with the huge pile that I have I can't bring myself to just put it all away. Instead I leave it for ages, then leave it draped along the back of the settee. At some point it is moved upstairs and occasionally it even gets put away! If it does not get put away immediately it is [strike]chucked[/strike] placed neatly on the floor and then jumped on by W when he climbs in bed besides me on his night wanderings!!!!!Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0

:bdaycake:Happy Birthday moneysavingdiva!:bdaycake:
AnW's mum and dusty - You have inspired me to feel like doing something for Christmas - I'm not going to wrap tonight, but I will do my cards!
I have just about finished the shopping, just a few little stocking bits to go - I always intend to get these through the year, and never do... I was quite pleased that I managed to get a book and DVD that I hope my brother will enjoy. I'll add a box of chocolates to it.
Must do some wrapping tomorrow and Thursday, as I'm hoping we can go and see Mum on her birthday on Saturday and do the present run for my family at the same time.
I had a card from the teaching agency today, with a pack of chocolate coins! How sweet! They've also sent a separate letter thanking me for all the work that I've done this year. Excellent customer service - teacher loyalty for a pack of choc coins!!
I have a day's supply tomorrow at a school I like (I'd maybe have said no otherwise), so a little extra money for the Christmas holiday, as I won't have any for those two weeks.
AnW's mum - no fancy bank accounts here I'm afraid. I have to pay for the new screen - £65!! I'll get him a case for it as well when we pick it up!
Must go make spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

oooooooooooooh stop dithering woman and just put it away and iron as and when required - who is going to know!!!!! You will have it all done eventually but you sure as hell dont need the stress of it just now - pleeeeeeaaase make it your next job after the wrapping - just think what a difference it will make to have it put away (in the right places not the floor)!!!! It wont be annoying you lurking on the floor or whereever it is just now!!!
