mudbath glad you have a full time job decluttering!!!! I hope you will be available to come and crack the whip so to speak (careful all you naughty mindd peeps!) and give us suitable words of encoragement and direction!!!!

iriedaughter and flis you are both very welcome - from having been here before and lurking you know how it works - new room added to the list every day by illustrious pigpen - (remember to practise your curtsey!) - and just try to do it to whatever level you can manage - all the abbreviations are on the first post so read it well and then just dive in! dont stress over the mess - it didnt get that way overnight and you wont put it right overnight - babysteps - every little bit helps and the rooms come round every week so you can catch the bits you missed - it DOES get easier as you go along believe me - there is always a decluttering mission thrown in so that should help - either throw it out, ebay it, donate it or whatever but try to clear your feet (I need to take my own advice!!) it makes life so much easier and if you can rope in partners to help all the better! the support and encouragement on here is amazing just you wait and see - post what you have done and dont worry about what you havent - there is no such thing as failure here - its a swear word!!!!
welcome to the very slightly totally insane madhouse!!!! (we dont bite - honest!!!)

Just having an evening snack of a bowl of warm popcorn - I swear I am worse than all 3 kids for snacking.

Been very money saving. Got the box out with my christmas card list in to see how many cards to buy and there are loads of odds and s*ds in there from previous years so I've started writing them. Each year I prune my list as well to remove people we have lost contact with. I don't think I'm going to need to buy many at all now.

Time to feed the cats and off to bed. Catch up tomorrow x

Well I was going to recommence operation wrap but then Miss A decided to sleep walk downstairs  good job I was not sat on the landing with loads of pressies around me!!!!!

Poor mite then woke up on my lap and looked very perplexed as to how she got there. Not sure what to do about it other than try not too worry too much. Will google and see what suggestions there are.

Although I am toying with the idea of wrapping for a bit as most of the stuff is on our bed and has to be moved before I can go to bed.

I had ECDL in the morning for 3 hours - a bit of shopping and a toastie in town then home briefly before I went to morrisons for fish and then Dunelm MIll for dragon's presie (duvet set) - that took me ages and ages - had a quick look at curtains and then headed back to the bus again - its quite a long walk to their store to a bus route so I was well tired and then after dinner and a couple of phone calls I have been struggling with this stupid PC and the internet connection and I still have stuff to revise for tomorrow!!!! Toots you have email ;) as to Miss A she sleep walked for the first time a few nights ago. I have googled it and think it is perhaps that she is extra tired with all the activities she/she have had on. Will not worry for now, found this which gives several suggestions. Just hope she is ok for Quo on Wednesday night, did I mention we are going to see them ??? :D
