Upgrading Plusnet - what happens?

Hi,

I currently have Plusnet's Broadband Your Way Option 2. At my next billing date, I'm planning to up it to Option 3.

I understand that upgrades will occur immediately. So if I were to up it on my billing date, what happens? Will I be charged the difference (£19.55-£14.65), or something else?

I've asked the CS team but I am quite confused!

    Why wouldn't you then be charged the Option 3 price of £19.55?
