All the marinades sound lovely, but what cut of pork do you get ?
Never seem to see ribs in Tesco or the other supermarkets, so what cut of meat would you ask for in a butchers.

Hi I have bought some pork ribs (Not racks) and would like to make ribs for tea on Friday. Hubby loves tgi fridays jack daniels ribs and I would like a recipe where the ribs fall of the bones with a bbq sauce unless anyone knows how to replicate the jack daniels sauce from tgi's;)0

Ingredients- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup whiskey (favorite brand)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and use as a sauce on a grilled meat.
