thnaks bun, I know I just have to change my mentality and stop stuffing my face, get running and be a bit more positive. Everyone around me see's me the happy go lucky smiley person who holds everything together, is there for everyone else and gets on with things. Underneath it all I am miserable, sad and wish I could change so many things.

I am shocked!!! Sally you hide it so well! You do seem so together and confident and so motivated in your running. I feel like a complete and utter nervous wreck half the time...I actually felt like the last couple of weeks I have driven everyone mad with my insecurities.
