LOL, was me spud! I guess it wouldn't be funny to people in wheelchairs but it was on at the height of the xfactor when all the contestants seemed to have sob stories.......i think i have a bit of a sick sense of humour....:o

Me too. To be honest, I Sky plussed the show, but watched the results show first, and thought it was that bad, I just deleted the actual show without watching it

So have you been spying on Snaggles new fella? Tell us more :D

    Sally,
I know exactly how you feel hun.

Since I had the lurgy, I havent run or been to the gym-coupled with vast amounts of lovely Xmas goodies and PMT frankly, I feel horrible right now.

Let's just start by saying we'll do 1 thing that makes us feel better tomorrow and stop the guilt-it is accomplishing nothing.

    ((((hugs))))

thnaks bun, I know I just have to change my mentality and stop stuffing my face, get running and be a bit more positive. Everyone around me see's me the happy go lucky smiley person who holds everything together, is there for everyone else and gets on with things. Underneath it all I am miserable, sad and wish I could change so many things.

Sorry to bring the thread down on a dreary sunday evening
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

I would love a treadmill, but I do fear that it would end up as another clothes dryer....:rotfl:

  • Actually, DH has recommended we bring running shoes so we can go for a run whist there, which sounds ok! It all starts with one step...

Now, where is the Baileys or have I packed it?
