    thnaks bun, I know I just have to change my mentality and stop stuffing my face, get running and be a bit more positive. Everyone around me see's me the happy go lucky smiley person who holds everything together, is there for everyone else and gets on with things. Underneath it all I am miserable, sad and wish I could change so many things.

    I would love a treadmill, but I do fear that it would end up as another clothes dryer....:rotfl:

    Actually, DH has recommended we bring running shoes so we can go for a run whist there, which sounds ok! It all starts with one step...

    Tried to - and would have if there had been parking and I was scared he would just think I was an absolute fruit bat.....which of course I am!!:rotfl:
