LOL, was me spud! I guess it wouldn't be funny to people in wheelchairs but it was on at the height of the xfactor when all the contestants seemed to have sob stories.......i think i have a bit of a sick sense of humour....:o

Yes he is - there's only the two partners work there apart from a woman who works on a Saturday sometimes. And he's tall and slim (but not skinny) with short mid-brown hair.

I know exactly how you feel hun.

Since I had the lurgy, I havent run or been to the gym-coupled with vast amounts of lovely Xmas goodies and PMT frankly, I feel horrible right now.


Let's just start by saying we'll do 1 thing that makes us feel better tomorrow and stop the guilt-it is accomplishing nothing.

Sally you're not a fraud - you've been doing fantastically - loads of people turn up to the marathon with little or no training - you've done LOADS.

If Xmas sets you back a little bit, don't stress hunny - and I can't really talk about the running thread as I don't frequent it any more, but I'm sure the VAST majority of people on there wouldn't think you were even remotely a fraud.

I've had to buy a treadmill so I can keep running over winter.....THAT might be a bit of a fraud, lol!!
