i remembered. worked better this time, although i doubt it'll stay in one piece till xmas. made some mushrooms from icing for authenticity.0

I haven't made one of these for years!! I think I'll give it a go as well!! But I will cheat and buy my swiss rolls! If I remember rightly you use two. One whole and the other cut at an angle which you stick on with the choccy butter icing, decorate with robins etc and sprinkle with icing sugar for the snow.Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

when you do the choc to cover it, add butter when you melt it, gives it bit more flexability.
mine i dropped on kitchen floor, so doesn't look quite so good, so will try again.0 -
