It depends, even if you have insisted on a DEO it depends whether the nrp accepted one voluntarily or the csa compulsorly forced it.

The csa cannot stop some-one on a voluntary DEO from changing their method of payment - although they may say otherwise sometimes.

A compulsory DEO can be lifted (eventually) if it is proven to be served incorrectly.

:TFinally got a result we have now been awarded arrears and current, so after all that time being told from belfast that we would not get current it has happened, i know it takes time but when your case goes clerical at least it gets sorted out :T
