Yes he has wrote a letter asking for the reassessment but says can't go for current until 2003-2006 arrears are paid off (2010) as it would be seen as harrassment joke i know but it takes the mick when she has now not paid the £25

I would be asking where in the legislation does it state ' harassment'?

Never heard such rubbish in my life. Why can't they increase the arrears?

After all the letters and phone calls we finally got a result, saying that the NRP didn't help herself that much by stopping paying her £25 a week The csa has now ordered a deduction of earnings @ £135.00 a week this is to pay off the arrears as sson as this is done the current then can be looked at :T:T:T

Sorry to tell you this, but I got a doe in place and the nrp phoned up and complained and they took it off and went back to him paying when it suited him...... I hope this doesn't happen to you.

That is unusual and I would be making a complaint as the PWC!! It is their job to collect on time and his responsibility to pay on time - if he won't then they should be enforcing that.

That happened to me too -they removed a DEO on my ex's say so and then tried to tell me I couldnt immediately have it back on as I'd agreed to its removal!!
Another lengthy phone call and the mistake was rectified. Will the CSA ever get their act together!!
I am not a financial expert and I am not perfect but purrleeaassse don't be mean to me if I express an opinion that may not be quite what you thought. :p
