Siemens sf65 camera phone £24.99

I have just spotted , on the Virgin mobile website, the Siemens SF65 Camera phone for £24.99. Go to www.virginmobile.co.uk

You can purchase it at that price if you have virgin sim and log into your virgin account online and then go to the reconditioned phones via the shopping option on your account page. If you go straight to the reconditioned page it will show a £34.99 inclusive of sim card

I have purchased reconditioned phones from Virgin online before with no problems and they do a very quick delivery.

If you cannot get it online you can call them up to order one.

Don't know much about the phone itself but seams a good price.

Virgin phones are alway locked to their network

Virgin mobile have some great deals on their reconditioned phones right now. They come with 6 months warranty and my order describes mine as "as new".

What's on offer (with SIM & £5 call credit included)

    SIEMENS A65 £19.99
    SIEMENS SF65 £34.99
    LOBSTER 485 £39.99
    MOTOROLA V220B £39.99
    SAMSUNG X640 £39.99
SONY ERICSSON K700i £49.99 (now out of stock :( )
    SIEMENS CL75 £54.99

Even better...if you already have a Virgin mobile and don't want the Sim & £5 airtime then you can take £10 off those prices by logging into your account.

    I just got a siemens SF65 for £24.99 delivered.

This was spotted on Rpoints forums posted by "phoneinfo".

Yes they have many good prices but I think for what the SF65 can do £24.99 is great.

I placed my order last night just after 6pm and have just received it.

It came with charger, usb cable, pc software disc, headphones, instructions and little protection labels were still in place.

Presumably it is locked to Virgin (or have you not checked) ?

If this phone was on O2 would it be locked (im asking as I know most O2 phones come unlocked)? Im looking at getting this which is on O2 free via cashback (Bit off topic but I wanted to ask and didn't really wanna start a new thread ;) )

I always used to think that contract phones were unlocked but different people report different experiences depending on the particular handset and service provider. I don't think you can reliably predict whether a handset will be unlocked so unless you actually buy it as "sim-free" I would work on the assumption that it will be locked - and if it isn't, then that's a bonus.;)

Yeah, I just thought that sometimes people hit lucky and get a handset that's been unlocked (especially a refurb) - of course it doesn't guarantee that someone else who buys the same model will also get an unlocked one;)

Get £5 extra for virgin mobile, from Linemypocket. it takes 1 or 2 months, though.

I can't get into the linemypocket website - is it temporarily down?

EDIT: seems to be working fine now :p

I had one refurb from Virgin that came unlocked and another when I phoned for the code as an existing customer of at least a year I was sent it without having to top up the £30. (I told them I was off to Oz for a while and wanted to use a local simcard icon12.gif)
