Are talkworldonline.co.uk a trustworthy company when it comes to cashback?

Someone on the message boards has pointed me in the direction of an excellent deal for the SPV C550 at talkworldonline.co.uk. I'm thinking of going ahead and buying the thing, but first of all, can anyone tell me if they are trustworthy when it comes to cashback?

used them and had no problem with cashback - i did have to call them once though.

but be careful to read the actual cashback terms as their deals often require you to downgrade the tariff after 6 months to actuallise the deal.

bought several contracts from them on orange last year. those were 12 month free offers on orange. and got the cash back in cheques without problems. but had to email them to chase up, although response were quite prompt.

my contracts also required to downgrade after 6 month.

SNAP! I had to phone them to chase up cheques, which arrived within 2-3 weeks of calls.
