Hi all,
There are a few offers in this company. Anyone have any experience about how reliable they are with respect to cashbacks etc?
Thanks

I've had a couple of cashback deals with talkworld, no problems at all.
Not sure if you have noticed, but in some of their deals you have to drop to a lower tariff for some of the contract(30mins a month), typically 6 months, this obviously reduces the advantage of these deals.
Hence why i posted the c975 deal on '3' with microline(500mins/100text).

True - thanks for pointing it out. On the other hand this one is on '3' which has a bit of a reputation in terms of coverage. Never been their customer though.

They managed to send me the wrong paperwork and cashback claim forms - ignored my regular requests for the correct paperwork. I was a bit nervous but they paid my cashback without any problems.

    Would use them again

Note that current deals of 12 months cashback on 3 require signing up to an 18 month contract

oh, the best thing is , on alot of their deals the cheque (cash back) is on month SIX ! so just drop to the lowest tariff and chuck that sim in the draw :O)

I too have used Talkworld with variable success. Three out of 4 times they were all right, after a reminder asking when the refund would be paid, but on the last occasion I had to ring several times over an extended period and received a variety of excuses - some of them untrue. The final straw was when I enventually got the cashback cheque they had forgotten to sign it! This meant sending it back and an even further delay. They promised to refund the postage but did not do so.

By contrast my last offer from e2save went like clockwork with the confirmation text arriving promptly and the cheque came when they said it would. No reminders or chasing up needed.
  • I'm in the process of claiming £330 back and have stumbled upon a problem for the second time, I was not given a "redemption form" with my order back in May, and as a result am being told that claim forms cannot be re-issued after 14 days!!

I didn't receive one in the first place so how can I get a "re-issue"?? Also this happened to me on a previous claim to them too!
Am very upset and am sending a reply to this via email.
