evening all. Just had a call from one of my creidtors MBNA saying they had good news for me....I have 2 credit cards with them on my DMP with CCCS was hoping they were maybe offering me a full and final settlement or something but no - they were offering me a consolidation loan! I knew it was too good to be true :rotfl:

Hi guys, glad your feeling a bit better mrsaudus. Nic25 hope the toothache goes soon, i might get some of that clove oil for my wisdom teeth. Hello to everyone else.

Not much of a list from me tonight as am rather tipsy after our works christmas lunch!! We only work part time so straight after work we hit the pub for a meal and some drinks!

    So today's list:
-Put lose change in sealed pot
    -Received a £50 free bet
    -Have looked for mystery shops
-Work place gave us each £10 towards meal which worked out enough for a 3 course meal!!
-Had two drinks bought for me from the managers, so only had to buy one drink at £4!
-Got a lift home, so saved on petrol or bus fares
-Heating has been off most of the day
-Received payment from foreign student, who leaves on Sunday

-I will tidy bedroom and pick clothes up instead of shoving all clothes into the wash bag!!
    -I will sort through emails
    -I will do some surveys

-I will cook student's tea from storecupboard
    -I will check online banking
-Find some money to pay council tax bill
-Text friend re free meal on sunday
    -Check business emails
-Have checked ebay regarding ebay sales
-Look for something on ebay for £3, for me!! Using free voucher from ebay. - Didn't buy anything for me but i found some great sensory stuff for the children
    -Check out challenges

Think thats enough for now, may hit the wine again later!

Forgot to say, had a great night out last night. Went for my free three course meal, the food was divine, plus there was two free bottles of wine on the table so i had a glass. Afterwards there was a disco, however everyone else went home so only our volunteer group(5 of us) were left on the dance floor. We ended up boogieing the night away having our own private little party!!

No tea to cook as foreign student is going out. However so much for saving money on gas and elec, i have just found out my partner has cranked up the heating to 22degrees and is leaving it on longer on a morning!! Not impressed, especially as when i go to work the house is cold!! He will learn!!

    Hi All,

I'm glad it's Friday (celebrating with a Crunchie). And I am glad that everyone is ok (toothache and coldness aside).

    Today I have.....
    • checked online banking - payday today so have to move money into my bills account
    • went to old employers to pay lottery subs
    • took back a bag I bought which was not exactly what I wanted (bought with sealed pot money)
    • filled in SSP form at the agency (I could not print it off) ~ at least I should get a small amount of money next week
    • filled in a questionnaire to win a holiday
    • not going out tonight
    • will work on free competitions

    Think that is about it....

Have a great evening, take care

Completly off topic, Andan or Mickey Mouse...... do you know how the Ikea in Southampton is going.....is it going to be open soon?

I am dying to go to Ikea, but can not justify the 2.5 hour trip to Bristol, when Southampton is 1/2 hour away.

    Thanks
