Internet explorer suddenly stopped working! Any help please?

Thanks folks problem appears to have been solved with your help
OK. Just be aware that simply turning off the Firewall doesn't solve the problem. You really need to have one running. So either configure your ZoneAlarm Pro to allow Internet Explorer to access the Internet or download another to use, such as the free Kerio Personal Firewall:

if the problem was zone alarm..... run an update for zonealarm.... as they had released a fix for the initial issuesmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....
