Quick question - do Kiddicare text you to let you know when they are going to deliver?
They text me when the item left the warehouse then on the day it was being delivered although it doesnt specify a time.

    I'm all excited :D

OH is looking at the finances, and trying to work out how long he can take off for paternity leave. His contract expires on my due date, and fingers crossed he'll be taking a couple of months off!!

  • that'll be lovely feelie! :D
  • Hi everyone,

Had my booking in appointment this morning... omg the new notes  how many questions?! Midwife was really nice and took blood (rather than the student - really bad experince with student taking blood - I know they need to learn but last time I ended up with both arms bruised dark purple)

Apparently they are "really busy" (they always say that!) so 1st scan will be at the end of Feb... had hoped it would before that but I guess I am just impatient! It still feels quite surreal (sp?) Even with all the morning sickness/tiredness/no period/positive test etc I want proper confirmation!

I seem to have a bit more energy over the past couple of days, so off to make the most of it and hit the ironing (again)

    Happy birthday to Charlie!

    Cheerio.
  • It's so quiet on here today!

Have you seen that news story about the scottish twin babies? How wonderful that the RAF scrambled a hercules for them :T I hope they survive, their poor mother must be frantic.

If anyone else is thinking about buying a glo egg the cheapest I have seen is amazon:
