My 2 eldest don't live at home now, they have good jobs so rent near where they work. When we moved here they thought it a little out in the sticks. We were fortunate to buy at the right time a few years ago then we did work on 4 different houses to afford this one without to much of a mortgage. We moved up the ladder dramatically in 4 years by doing alot of work. Worn out now though.
Wow well done. At least you can relax where you are now then:)

Hmmm! Baby no.6 and working 5 days a week in a class of 25. Still waiting for the relaxation but I wouldn't have it any other way.;)
Also nagging OH for an extension on the kitchen/diner. I want another living area and as mortgage rates have changed so much we could add £15k and it would cost the same. He's in the construction industry and uses people he knows so we are lucky. He just takes ages to be talked into it. He was the one who really really wanted the baby, although I'm happy about it, so I am making sure I get my own way for a while.:pToo many children, too little time!!!0 -

If so, she can claim CTC WTC HB or LHA and CTB.
Also the surestart maternity grant, but possibly not until the baby comes.
Oh and congrats LADYBIRD:T :T"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf"

Hello folks  do I need to add myself to a list or just say hello (& Heeeeeelp ) :rotfl:0

Nursery furniture - Poppy has alot!
. She has a massive clothes collection (both families buy for her all the time
) and has one wardrobe for current and one for bigger sizes and coats. She also has a tallboy which I keep vests, socks, PJ's, wipes, etc, in. I'm a stickler for organisation and woe betide DH if he puts something in the wrong drawer!:rotfl:.
Changing table - I don't have one as I change Poppy and Jamie either upstairs or downstais depending on where they have done their business!. I have two padded changing mats and baskets with nappies, wipes and nappy sacks so everything is easily at hand. I also have a nappy bin from Boots upstairs but I can't find it on the website
. It uses normal bin liners so no expensive cartridges to buy and was only £12.50 last year in the sale
and keeps the stinkies at bay!
Hope everyone has had a good day. Congrats to the newbies and hope all scans went well :j.
