But the OP has now had their delivery because the supplier rushed another order out to them. The contract between the OP and the supplier is now concluded and it is up to the supplier to sort out where the first delivery went to and who actually signed for it. It is possible as another poster has said that a clerical error was made or it could be a case of fraud. Whatever, this is now for the supplier to sort out not the OP.0

the supplier will probably do nothing about this, whilst the OP has every right to find out who is using their name to commit fraud and to prevent this happening again.
I say good for you OP, if everyone turned a blind eye the scum will keep getting away with this. If needed put pressure on the supplier to get a copy of delivery note.0 -

The OP said that the goods were valued at £1000 so I would imagine that the supplier would be following this up. I can understand that the OP wants to find out who committed a fraud using their company name, but they aren't 100% certain that this is the case. I can't really see what pressure the OP could apply in order to get a copy of the delivery note (if this does become a police case, I would have thought that this would be evidence anyway, not to be copied to others). As the OP now has the goods then I wouldn't have thought that the supplier would be under any obligation to supply a copy of the original delivery note.0 -
I think my post covered all of this.... oh well.0

The supplier did replace the goods via their rep.
We cant ask parcelforce because we dont have the tracking number and the supplier wont let us have it.
If another shop has fraudulently taken in our goods, signed our name on that delivery note, of course we want to know about it. Because the delivery was late, we had to turn customers away in the meantime.
The supplier doesnt seem keen to follow the case up further. They wouldn't give any details to allow us to make a complaint to the police and sent the rep around with replacement items to shut us up it seems.0
