Next VIP Sale

I just phoned Next to Ask why some items have been removed from the sale listing that were there yesterday - the lady said because the items in the sale are still being sold in the normal catalogue and they have been very busy and items are selling out really fast with people ordering last minute bits in time for xmas.

I really wanted my Hetty hoover - it went down to 54.60!!!! what a bargain - but sadly not there now

Its worth still checking when you have your slot though - I've had items out of stock/size before in the preview and then magically reappear by the time its my slot....best of luck!

Just got this email from next:

I am sorry you did not receive an invitation to place a VIP sale order on the Internet. I can confirm that the selection is done on a random basis.

We use a selection criteria based on stock levels and the range of products available to determine the volume of customers that we can invite to take part in our sale priority.

Customers can register their interest in being invited to the Internet sale by logging onto next.co.uk, then selecting "my account". This will display a page showing your registered email address and a selection of 4 email preferences.

To ensure you are considered for selection for future Internet sales, you will need to place a tick in the box of "send me emails of offers and promotions" and "confirm my orders by email".

Although I cannot guarantee you will automatically be selected for our next VIP Internet sale, this will however update our records to show that you wish to be invited for any future Internet events.

Once again, I am sorry for any disappointment this may have caused.
