Worked for me, this year since the summer i have bought a couple of things every month but always returned them and always get a free delivery code so costs nothing.

I dont have the gutts to say that, i really dont think it matters how much you spent, im actually in credit on my account and have a £3600 credit limit, they know i spend a fortune, but not a vip, but im addicted so what can i do. such a shame, i will go to my nearest next in york, thanks to all.:beer:

Any way of finding out your next account number online? I've misplaced my account number and cant log in. Phoned CS who say they can only post the info out to me. I remember a loophole a while back that displayed your account number online.

I've not had an e-mail telling me the VIP slots were available but I logged into my account and was able to book one

Next Junkie -- maybe it's because you spend so much that they dont give u a vip slot? Seems v unfair if so ... I'm probably wrong but was wondering ...
Anyway really hope you get one and get all the clothes you need for your twins - I got some really cute tops for my DD when she was small - sparkly ones!

Has everybody who has not got a slot tried clearing cookies? In Summer I thought I hadn't got one when somebody on HDUK told me to try this, and when I went back into my account I had one. Apparently it had happened to loads of people. Might be worth a try - especially if you usually get one.

seems u cant win, spend a lot or spend a little, well u may be right, but as u said its very unfair, my little ones will still get lots of lovely things, thing is next have gorgeous clothes for little girls, and i love the winter sale in paticular. why oh why.

I don't think its random because i get one everytime. I never buy Next stuff apart from the sales where i usually buy quite a lot. Maybe you're less likely to get one if you shop with them regularly because they think they'll lose that full price custom and you'll start waiting for the sales

You could try to open an account in your partners name so you increase your chances of a VIP slot next time. Don't shop on your partners account apart from the sales - worth a try!

I have the same problem, phoned CS who said the same, they cant give you it over the phone just by post, but i can place an order over the phone without my account number which i have but cant log in online
Anyone know how to get your account number to log in, im sure it will take at least a few days to get it in the post

that seems so unfair. I bet they'd give you your number if you were placing an order. You could order something, use a free delivery code then return it to try to get the number.
