i cant believe the amount of lovely things there is this year, i must admit this is the best sale of the year, and i got no vip, the price reductions are fab too, theres lots less than half price.

Next Junkie - sorry 2 hear u haven't got a slot -- what do they say when u ring them up and ask for a slot? Surely they want to sell the stuff - must have loads that hasn't shifted what with everyone tightening their belts ... it baffles me why some people get them and some don't -- do u usually spend a fair bit full-price?

to be honest i dont think it goes on how long u been a customer, how much u spend per year, i have been with the next directory for around 8 years, spend lots throughout the year every year, always pay my account in full each month, spend around £1000 per end of season sale, and poor little me hasnt had an invite for the past 3 big sales.

I haven't ordered from them for months and I have got a slot :j I really wasn't expecting one this time.In fact,I think the last time I ordered was the Christmas sale last year :rotfl: although I have bought various items in the store during the year.

hi pixelchick, they cant even tell me if im on the list, say emails being sent out sunday, i have twins age 6 and an 11 year old and i spend most of my money on the twins in next, full price and sale, but i do think they have my loyalty, as stated ive shopped with next sice my eldest was 2 years old and then strated with the directory, i have had a vip before but not for the last 3 big sales, did u get a slot, if so happy shopping hun,

Just phoned next :mad: and the lying cow told me
a) there was no way of telling whether u r a vip
b) slots are not being allocated until Sunday and
c) slots can not be booked over the phone.

Why bother with the lies?

People, it's only a sale, no need for abusing others. Their customer services must be fed up themselves having to answer the same questions and hearing the same replies over and over again, during this VIP sale time.

Those who have a VIP slot; shop for what you want and don't go buying everything just to sell on ebay. Those who don't have one, I hope you get one next time.
