For those that managed to get one over the phone, did you call the main directory number. I have called once and been told I have been selected but cannot book a slot until tomorrow. I then called back and was told there was nothing on my account and nothing has been sent out yet (which I know is not true). Do I call again or not?something missing0

I just called them, she said I had not been offered a slot as I was not regarded as a VIP. I need to spend on a regular basis, and I have not ordered via them for 3 months.
Never mind the fact that I buy lots in the shop (spent £100+ yesterday!) and in my last order I spent almost 4 figures on new furniture for my new house.

I have been refreshing my account page for the last 2 days - left the laptop for 2 hours this afternoon and that's when they were released!! Got 5pm though, so can't complain! Good luck to everyone else.0
