I did not have a VIP link when logged into account, and no email. Just called cust services, she confirmed I have been allocated a slot (as i get one very year, randonm? no chance). she booked it for me over the phone: Monday 22nd 5pm.

Wow I'm surprised I got a VIP slot! Just checked and booked 5pm, the first slots were for 4.30pm, so well chuffed to have got one booked for the second time slot on the first day (before I've had to grab a slot much further away from the first time allocations due to work!) Next must love me, I've had a VIP slot for every sale for the last 4 years lol!

Hope the bits I want are there, if not I'll brave the sale in store (probably will anyway!!)

Oh I don't have the VIP link this time . I just rang CS and spoke to a nice lady and I said is there anyway I can get one as there was nothing on my account and she said emails will be going out about 11am tomorrow so there may still be hope, but then again ....... Oh well I still get up early and go to the store and usually come away with nothing cos its the same as what I've already ordered so hopefully the store will have something for me this time! :rotfl:

Just wanted to add more info to help those who haven't got one. I've always got an invite until the last 2 sales until I made a complaint to them about an order. After that I never got one and thought i'd been 'blacklisted' and took off the random list so i rang them up and asked last time.. i was then allowed to book a slot. Same thing this time.

I think the way they do it is a pain but you are either very lucky and get one or if not have to try your luck and ring up.

I didn't get a VIP email sent to me, I just logged into my account and it was there awaiting me to book through the link, so it might be worth checking through the account as well as through emails, as it looks as though the accounts are being set up before emails are going out!
