Fingers crossed their site can cope with us all logging in at 5pm. The poor MSE'rs who didn't get a slot may have the last laugh yet.

Just rang Next to ask why 4.30 filled up to quickly and 5pm was still open. She disappeared for five minutes then came back and said that they didn't think there was a technical problem and that it just wasn't full yet because the emails hadn't gone out. Not convinced though - will have to wait and see what happens tomorow! She is going to check with her manager though when she becomes free. Perhaps if anybody else is ringing Next they could mention it and see if they get the same answer??

yep me too, 5 pm. I think that their system can cope with quite a lot of shoppers at once to be honest and unless you are on Mse or HUK or similar, how would you know you can book your slot if you havent received an email yet?

early time slots never stay available this long and i have been able to get one before the emails on a previious sale and it was a couple of hours after the first slot.
has anyone got another itme apart from 5pm

i just hope people phoning and asking about 5pm slots dosent cause them to cancel times already given

You lot have just had me all in a panic! But just checked my account & It definately says my slot is 4.30

if you add them up, theres prob only about 30 people listed with that timeslot, and i would think their website can cope with at least 100 people at a time. however, i am surprised that the 5pm slot hasnt totally been booked up yet, but then again, its not really a time thats convenient for alot of people, so they may be opting for later slots

well l got 4.30pm and am worried its all going to pear shaped.... with the site crashing or summit. l hope this time they got the internet sorted.

how long have you got to be an account holder before they give you a vip slot?
